The mob is a international film company which is based in these following countries London, Manchester and Los Angeles.
The Mob produces high quality drama, commercials, documentaries
and feature films for the global market, specialising in international
co-production.
The Mob is part of Red Arrow Entertainment Group
(a ProSiebenSat.1 Group company), head quartered in London with offices
in Manchester and Los Angeles. The joint Managing Directors are Vadim
Jean, John Brocklehurst and Ian Sharples. This is a horizontal structure as it a range of media such as commercials, digital, branding, film and TV and production services, they do this as it offers the company an increase in greater sales. It is also a vertical structure as it does employ more people for specific jobs requirements such as commercial designer, director, editor and organiser etc. But these are the vertical structures for the company as well as horizontal structures as well in order to run the company in three locations.
